Happiness is tricky customer
It knocks, waves, stays a while, and sometimes – just vanishes. As for me, I’m happy when I’m at peace.
The Struggle for Peace
But let’s not kid ourselves—it’s rarely easy.
- Most days: It’s a tug-of-war between “This is fine” and “Send help, please!”
- Sometimes: I’m happy for no reason, dancing like Govinda in Coolie No. 1 (only in imagination though, don’t actually have the moves)
- Other times: I’m frowning harder than a cashier calculating a grocery bill with discounts.
It’s a rollercoaster. The dil maange more moments feel fleeting, but hey—that’s life.
The Safe Space
And yet, every morning, I wake up with my undying spirit intact.
- My safe space? It’s that corner of the day where the noise fades. A hot cup of coffee, a slow walk, or just lying in bed and scrolling memes. (Yes, happiness sometimes smells like butter toast!)
- The world’s chaos can wait—this moment is mine.
Happiness Redefined
I’ve stopped chasing the 24/7 Insta-ready happiness. Life’s not a Bollywood climax where everything magically sorts itself out. It’s more like Tumbbad -dark, unpredictable, but strangely satisfying if you get the rhythm right.
Your Turn: When are you most happy? Is it the little things, the big wins, or just those rare peaceful moments? Drop your thoughts below—I promise, reading them might just make someone’s day. Stay Happy and at peace.
Yours in rollercoaster emotions, safe spaces, and infinite coffee,
Lucifer Morningstar
